Surface Preparation
We use shot blasting or diamond grinding to achieve CSP 3+ standards, fill surface imperfections, and remove all residual dust. No shortcuts — this step determines everything that follows.
Vapor Barrier Primer E4E-VBP
Our proprietary vapor barrier primer forms a molecular bond with the concrete surface, sealing out moisture and creating the adhesion base rated for 8+ lbs of MVE pressure.
Flake or Texture Application
Decorative flake is broadcast into the wet base coat at full saturation, allowed to cure, then scraped and vacuumed — leaving a clean, uniform decorative layer with depth and character.
E4E Super Poly Topcoat
A specially formulated polyaspartic topcoat applied as the final protective layer. Low VOC, high gloss, UV stable — bonds at the molecular level for years of reliable, beautiful performance.
Two finish options available: The Flake/Texture system (shown above) uses a decorative broadcast flake and polyaspartic topcoat. For a smooth, high-gloss look, we also offer the Metallic/Neat System — using a color coat (E4E-100S, E4E-100XR, or E4E-RUBIX) with a high-solids urethane topcoat. Both systems qualify for the 10-Year Insurance-Backed Warranty. Ask your estimator which is right for your space.
